Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you choose to sign in with Google, your name and Google account ID. If you sign up with a password instead, we store a securely hashed version of it — never the password itself.

Images you upload. To process an image (background removal, upscaling, watermark removal, or expansion), the image is temporarily sent to the relevant AI processing provider and briefly staged on our servers so that provider can retrieve it. Uploaded images are not permanently stored on our servers, and are removed shortly after processing completes. Some client-side tools — Image Recolor, SVG Converter, and Vectorizer — process your image entirely in your browser and never send it to our servers at all.

Usage and billing data. We keep a record of which tools you've used, when, and how many credits each use cost, so your dashboard and credit history stay accurate. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment partner, Lemon Squeezy — we do not directly store your card details.

We use the information above to operate the service you're actually using: creating and managing your account, running the AI tool you selected, tracking your credit balance, processing payments for paid plans, and providing customer support if you reach out to us.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use uploaded images to train our own AI models.

Certain tools rely on third-party AI providers to actually perform the processing (for background removal, upscaling, watermark removal, and image expansion). An image you upload to one of these tools is sent to that provider solely to generate your result, subject to that provider's own data handling practices.

Payments for Pro and Business plans are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they handle your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card number.

If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Google's own sign-in system, and we only receive the basic profile information Google shares (name, email, account ID).

Uploaded images are staged temporarily during processing and deleted shortly afterward — we don't keep a permanent copy of the images you upload. The processed result itself is typically hosted by the AI provider on a temporary link, or in some cases returned directly to your browser.

Account information, usage history, and credit ledger entries are kept for as long as your account remains active, so your dashboard history stays accurate. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, email us at privacy@aivectorizertools.com and we'll process that request.

You can update your account details, review your credit and usage history, and manage your subscription at any time from your dashboard. If you'd like to close your account entirely or request deletion of your personal data, email privacy@aivectorizertools.com and we'll handle the request.

AI Vectorizer Tools is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
