Terms of Service

AI Vectorizer Tools provides AI-powered image editing tools — including background removal, image upscaling, watermark removal, image expansion, image recoloring, SVG conversion, and vectorization — accessible through our website and, for Business plan subscribers, through an API.

Free accounts include a limited number of credits per month. Paid plans (Pro and Business) include a larger monthly credit allowance and additional features such as bulk processing and API access, as described on our pricing page.

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to process, upload, or generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property or rights, or that depicts child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery. You also agree not to attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions, or to use the Service to build a competing product by systematically extracting or reverse-engineering it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload and the results you generate using the Service. We don't claim any ownership over your content, and we don't use your uploaded images to train our own AI models.

You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process any image you submit to the Service — including that you own it, or have permission from whoever does.

Several of our tools (background removal, upscaling, watermark removal, and image expansion) use third-party AI models to generate a result. While we aim for high-quality output, AI-generated results can occasionally be imperfect — for example, an expanded image might not always seamlessly match the original, or an upscale might not fully recover detail that was never in the source image. We don't guarantee that every result will meet your expectations, though we're always working to improve accuracy.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for the remaining time.

Credits reset each billing cycle and don't carry over month to month.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service also depends on third-party AI providers, which occasionally experience their own outages or rate limits outside of our control.

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Vectorizer Tools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practical.
